Sanjeev Gupta
CHAIRMAN & NON-EXECUTIVE DIRECTOR
Prior to joining the Board of Imani Wealth Management as Chairman and Non-Executive Director, Sanjeev was Managing Director Senior Advisor at Julius Baer Middle East in their DIFC offices in Dubai. Sanjeev and Dr. Naveed Ahmed were colleagues in UBS London and have known each other since 2006.
Sanjeev is a British citizen of Indian origin and was born and raised in India. After obtaining his bachelor’s degree in electrical engineering from the prestigious Indian Institute of Technology, Delhi, India, he completed a master’s in business science from the London Business School U.K following which he had a very successful career in banking and Finance, starting in the retail and corporate banking in India. He established a successful NRI business for Standard Chartered and then worked with them in the UK & Tanzania where he established the Consumer banking business for the Bank.
This was followed by a 4-year stint with ABN Amro in London in Global Transaction Services (eCommerce). In 2005 he joined UBS AG in the UK as a private banker and progressed to become Head of the Turkey, Israel, Greece, and Africa teams within the Bank. In 2016 Sanjeev was head hunted to establish the Africa coverage for Emirates NBD Private Banking in Dubai and later moved to manage the Africa team at Julius Baer ( Middle East) Ltd where he was Managing Director Senior Advisor. Sanjeev resigned from Julius Baer in June 2020 to establish his own financial coaching venture Master Money Limited in London which seeks to help young professionals to manage money and create wealth.
Sanjeev now lives in London with his family.

Dr. Amer Al Baho
NON-EXECUTIVE DIRECTOR
Dr Amer Al-Baho is the CEO & Founder of FAS Family Office (trading name of Financial Advisory Services Limited) based in Knightsbridge, London, that he established in December 2014. He studied at Oxford University and received his PhD in International History from the London School of Economics and Political Science in 1997. After a successful 10-year career in the oil & gas industry, the entrepreneur in him decided to change career paths, moving from Italy with his young family and returning to London to enter the world of banking and finance with UBS in 2007. It was a move that proved well worth the many challenges he faced as it established him as a reputable wealth advisor and strategic relationship manager for high net worth individuals. Amer’s interest in the arts lead him to be invited to become a patron and sit on the Board of the Guildhall School of Music & Drama, London, in 2022.

Dr. Naveed Ahmed
SEO, FOUNDER, & PRINCIPAL
After 30 years in International Private Banking, Dr. Naveed Ahmed saw a gap in the market for a boutique advisory firm, offering a dedicated financial concierge service, accommodating professional clients from all wealth spectrums.
Prior to the establishment of Imani Wealth Management Ltd in the DIFC in 2021, Dr Naveed Ahmed worked at Bank Julius Baer as Managing Director & Group Head of Sub-Saharan Africa from 2019 to 2021. Before joining Bank Julius Baer, he was SEO of Namara Wealth Advisors Ltd, a Multi Family Office, regulated in both DIFC Dubai and Singapore, from October 2017 to the end of 2018.
From 2013 to 2017, Dr. Naveed Ahmed was a Managing Director of Credit Suisse AG in the Private Banking & Wealth Management division based in Dubai. He was the Global Market Leader of Sub-Saharan Africa coverage teams and headed up the Sub-Saharan Africa & Pakistan coverage team in Dubai.
From 2006 to 2013, Dr Naveed was Managing Director & Team Head of the Emerging Markets team including key clients coverage at UBS AG, London. He has also worked at Citigroup Private Bank, London for 11 years from 1995 to 2006, within the Emerging Markets Team as a Managing Director and Senior Relationship Manager, with a focus on Sub-Saharan Africa and Pakistan. In addition, Dr Naveed also worked with Citibank NA Pakistan from 1991 to 1992, and with Citibank NA London from 1992 to 1995 with the Global Consumer Banking business, where he set up, established, and managed the Non-Resident Pakistan (NRP) business.
Prior to his career in wealth management, Dr. Naveed Ahmed was a medical doctor, having switched careers from the medical field to banking in 1991.
Dr. Naveed holds an MBA from Imperial College, UK and an MBBS Degree from Dow Medical College, Pakistan.
