Prior to joining Imani Wealth Management Ltd., Naeem was the CEO of a family office for an UHNW UAE from 2021 till 2023.

Naeem worked at Julius Baer from 2019 till 2021 as Managing Director, Senior Advisor catering to needs and requirements of HNW and UHNW clients. He had also been the Managing Director at Namara Wealth Advisors Ltd., ( a multifamily office) regulated both in DIFC, Dubai and Singapore from November 2017 till 2019.

Naeem was also the Market Head for Pakistan at Emirates NBD Private Banking as a Managing Director and Standard Chartered as Managing Director and Market Leader, Pakistan, Senior Vice President at Fortis Banque and as a Director, Private Banking at Société Générale. He started his career in Dubai as an Investment Manager with ABN-AMRO Bank. 

Naeem has 33 years of Private Banking and Wealth Management experience and has been based in Dubai for the last 25 years. After certification with the North American Securities Administrative Association, Naeem began his career in the U.S., as a Relationship Manager at Morgan Stanley Dean Witter and the Chase Manhattan Bank. 

Naeem holds a BSBA degree in Finance and Banking from the University of Arkansas, Fayetteville, USA.
