Prior to joining Imani Wealth Management in 2021, Nirupa was an Assistant Relationship Manager in Bank Julius Baer (2019-2021) in the DIFC, Dubai.

Nirupa Paulraj is an experienced HR & Admin professional with over 25 years of diverse experience and a proven history of efficiently managing cross-functional business operations in Business Management, Human Resources and Office Admin at premier wealth management institutions such as Coutts & Co (both in their Representative and DIFC offices -1999 - 2015) and as Director HR (2015 to 2018) with Union Bancaire Privee in the DIFC and Grindlays Private Banking from 1998-1999. 

Nirupa holds a degree in English Literature and has been a resident of the UAE since 1996.
