Rangarajan joined Imani Wealth Management as a Partner in 2022. 

Prior to this, he worked with Emirates NBD group for over 22 years in various roles within Global Markets & Treasury, heading the FX proprietary trading desk and later managed the Interest Rate Trading desk. A seasoned trader, he uses Elliot Wave theory to forecast prices. 

After 15 years in trading, Rangarajan moved to the Wealth Management Execution team to set up the Margin Trading desk in derivatives for UHNW clients. 

In the initial years of his career, following his graduation in Chemical Engineering, Rangarajan worked in the Oil Industry for 4 years before obtaining an MBA degree and embarking on a career in the banking industry.
